Specifically, the features of Live-Lite include a 3D motion analyzer that distinguishes the difference between running and walking; a heart rate monitor with a personalized heart rate mode; a voice prompt which gives instant exercise feedback and session status information; an armband, waistband or clip mode; a built-in MP3 player with good sound quality that supports music library and EQ functions; HeartPal with a software download that quickly analyzes exercise data and count steps on a daily, weekly or monthly basis; and a Facebook interface to let you easily share fitness reports and accomplishments with friends.

All these functions are specially developed to help you achieve their fitness goals. Based on the status report and feedback given by Live-Lite, you can easily adjust your target pace, distance, time duration and amount of calorie to be burned.
