
At a press conference last Wednesday held at Pace University, Amazon has unveiled their new Kindle DX. This is the larger version of the Kindle e-reader. This press release by the Amazon heads were accompanied by two of the major target markets of this device- the newspaper and as well as the publishing industries.
It was reported that at least on of the universities and newspapers as well, will be testing the releasing of their contents with the use of Kindle DX this coming fall season.
The Kindle DX is currently priced at US $489 since it is yet to be released summer. Amazon is currently catering and taking preorders from highly interested customers.
